How long have you been in business?

It was 28 years ago, when I made the big leap in starting Edelman Electrics.

Growing the business over the years has been challenging, rewarding and a constant learning process. New technologies mean this industry is continually changing and it is important to stay up to date, developing new skills through training and implementation. We have continued to keep abreast of these new technologies, so we are skilled in all areas of electrical installations, including home automation and solar.

What has made you successful in gaining loyalty with customers?

We believe loyal customers are developed through honesty, professionalism, clear communication and respect.

Our goal is to always satisfy if not exceed our customer’s expectations. This includes offering options on what may look the best, what is the most cost effective and working within their budget but not compromising, always using quality materials. We believe our customer satisfaction is the key to our success.

Finally, we also believe it is important that our team is always respectful of our customer’s home or business and treat it as if was their own. We will always clean up after ourselves, in fact we take our rubbish away with us.
